Guess Healthy San Francisco has changed minds. The San Francisco business community say that the HSF, the government run healthcare administered by the City by the Bay, has not affected their bottom line. Restaurants have adjusted by tacking on a surcharge to the bill and in this liberal city, patrons do not seem to mind. Cheers to that
